Ideal for floriculture, herb medicine cultivation, three-dimensional greening projects,
vertical planting walls, and home gardening landscapes.
Rock wool Cubes facilitate effortless seed and cutting starts, promoting uniform root development throughout the cube. Compatible with various growing mediums such as Aqua Clay, Perlite, and Coco fibre mixes.
Rock wool is a high-quality mineral wool derived from molten basalt and limestone, spun into fibers, and compressed into cubes, blocks, or slabs for versatile applications.
Handle rock wool with care. Wear gloves and a mask to prevent skin irritation and lung discomfort caused by the fibers.
1. Avoid squeezing Rock wool, especially when it's wet, to maintain its structural integrity.
2. Pre-condition Rock wool in pH 5.5 water to dissolve lime before use.
3. Pre-soak Rock wool for 30 seconds to 30 minutes, based on its size, prior to planting.
4. Water plants only in light conditions, never in the dark, to optimize growth.
5. Maintain an optimal room temperature of 18.5-28°C. Temperatures above 26.7°C in the growing medium can deplete oxygen levels and encourage root diseases.
6. In low light, water with larger volumes in fewer cycles, and vice versa.
7. Avoid keeping Rock wool excessively wet to prevent algae growth. Minimize watering for young plants to ensure proper root establishment.
