The aluminum silicate is melted by a selected coke gemstone through an electric furnace at 2000 or higher, and is mechanically blown into a fiber and uniformly added with a special binder, an oil repellent agent, and a

water repellent agent which is cured by heating. Mainly used in power industry, electric boiler, steam turbine and nuclear power
insulation, fire-proof and heat insulation of shipbuilding industry and construction industry, fireproof door, wall lining of high temperature reaction equipment and heating equipment of chemical industry, automobile and train manufacturing etc
When the aluminum silicate product is used for the first time, when the temperature of the component exceeds 200 °C, the aluminum
silicate product will have mild smoke, which is the aluminum silicate binder volatilization, and the aluminum silicate product
will turn brown in a short time. - After 3 days, the aluminum silicate naturally returns to its original white color and does not
have any effect on the quality of the product.
