Rock Wool Production Process
1. Natural Rock & Coke: The finest raw materials are carefully selected. 2. Raw Material Feeding: Precisely measured quantities are fed into the system. 3. Melting in Cupola Oven: Materials are melted at high temperatures to achieve optimal consistency. 4. Centrifuged in Spinning Chamber: Molten materials are spun into fine fibers. 5. Raw Wool: The resultant fibers form raw wool. 6. Pleating: The wool is expertly pleated for further processing.
7. Pressing: Wool is pressed to the desired thickness. 8. Wool Curing: The wool undergoes curing to ensure durability. 9. Edge Cutting: Precision cutting for clean edges. 10. Longitudinal Cutting: Wool is cut longitudinally to specified dimensions. 11. Packing: The final product is carefully packed. 12. Stacked Finished Product: Finished panels are stacked, ready for shipment.
