Rock Wool Production Process
1. Natural Rock & Coke: The journey begins with high-quality raw materials. 2. Raw Material Feeding: These materials are meticulously fed into the system. 3. Melting in Cupola Oven: The raw materials are melted in the state-of-the-art cupola oven. 4. Centrifuged in Spinning Chamber: The molten material is skillfully centrifuged in the spinning chamber. 5. Raw Wool: The result is raw, robust wool. 6. Pleating: This wool is then expertly pleated for further processing.
7. Pressing: The pleated wool undergoes precise pressing. 8. Wool Curing: The pressed wool is meticulously cured. 9. Edge Cutting: Edges are cut with precision for uniformity. 10. Longitudinal Cutting: The wool is then longitudinally cut to size. 11. Packing: Each piece is carefully packed. 12. Stacked Finished Product: Finally, the finished products are stacked and ready for shipment.
